Listed below are various user submitted configurations, wrappers, and utilties.

Chankast Launch V16A GameEx/Launcher wrapper for the Chankast emulator.
Color code utility for themesA utility to help you pick the right color RGB values when creating themes with the Theme Editor.
Command line volumeA command line utility for setting the master volume. This is intended to be launched with emullator/application setups in GameEx to adjust the volume of the launched game/application.
Command prompt hereAdds a shell extension in windows explorer when right clicking on a folder, to open a command prompt at that location. This save a lot of time issuing commands to move to a folder when using the command prompt/console.
Convert V1 theme to V2A utility to convert version 1 themes to version 2 themes. Only Version 2 themes can be edited in the Theme Editor. Most of the default themes included with GameEx are version 1 themes.

FFDSHOW - Codecs for GameExRecommended video codecs for GameEx. This version of FFDSHOW is completely compatible unlike some newer build of FFDSHOW that are not. If you have any problems with videos it is recommended you uninstall existing codecs and install this.
GameEx DivX Tray Icon FixThis is a fix if you must use the official DivX codec with GameEx. Otherwise you will find GameEx loses window focus when a preview video plays.

WinUAE Loader 1.51A fantastic application that greatly simplifies the task of running Amiga games through GameEx with the WinUAE emulator. Compatible with most front ends, but with special enhancments for GameEx.
WMP FullA simple command line video player, that uses Windows Media Player installed on your machine. Can be setup as an emulator to launch videos.
